Shipping and Handling to guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. Our ship days are Monday and Tuesday.

Methods of Ordering

You may phone, fax or mail your order if you prefer not to order online. All prices at RES-Q-N BBQ are quoted in U.S dollars and must be prepaid in U.S. funds.


Please call 608-863-3080 anytime. During non-business hours, feel free to leave a message and your phone number, and we will promptly return your call. You will need a valid credit card to order over the phone.


For Internet, telephone and fax orders, we accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards. If you decide to mail your order, we accept credit cards, personal checks, or money orders. Regardless of method of ordering, credit cards used to secure orders will be charged at the time your first paid item is shipped. Orders made through the RES-Q-N will appear on your credit card statement as “RES-Q-N BBQ.” Those orders made through the mail via check will be shipped upon successful clearance of the check.
